Delivered in 2020, this complex is occupied by UL International, a major international quality and safety control group, which has signed a firm lease until mid-2030.

The building combines laboratory, office and meeting spaces, as well as living areas designed to enhance staff well-being.

Paref emphasizes that the asset boasts high environmental performance, with a 'BREEAM very good' rating, in line with the sustainable strategy established by the SCPI, which is thus making its fifth acquisition in Poland.

As of December 31, 2022, the Paref group managed over 3 billion euros in assets.
