Panoramic Universal Limited Announces Resignation of Soniya Gupte from the Board of Directors and as Member of Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee

Panoramic Universal Limited announced that in term of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, announced that the company has received a resignation letter dated January 31, 2018 from Ms. Soniya Gupte, an Independent Director, conveying her decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the company, in view of her other professional commitments. Consequent to the resignation she also ceased to be the Member of Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
