exercise price and exercise ratio because the event does not comply with
adjustment conditions as follows;
-Refer to the Terms and Conditions governing the Rights and Obligations of the 
Issuer and the Holders of Warrants to Purchase Ordinary Shares No.3 (e)
Conditions on right adjustment, The Company pays cash dividend at the rate
higher than 80% of net profit after income tax according to its separate
financial statement for any accounting period during the term of the Warrants.
