Sandbridge Acquisition Corporation announced that on September 14, 2020, in connection with the IPO, Domenico De Sole, Ramez Toubassy and Jamie Weinstein (the “New Directors” and, collectively with Ken Suslow, the “Directors”) were appointed to the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”). Effective September 14, 2020, each of Messrs. De Sole and Toubassy was also appointed to the Board’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, with Mr. Toubassy serving as chair of each committee. The members of the Sponsor that are affiliated with Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (the “PIMCO private funds”), collectively, and the member of the Sponsor that is affiliated with Sandbridge (the “Sandbridge fund”) each have the right to designate one director for nomination to the Board. Mr. Suslow was appointed as the Sandbridge fund’s initial designee and Mr. Weinstein was appointed as the PIMCO private funds’ initial designee.
