Directors' Dealing

Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and mine development company, announces that it was notified yesterday that yesterday Mr Nick von Schirnding, Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 260,000 ordinary shares of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 3.5p per share. The Company was also notified yesterday that Carter Capital Pension Scheme, of which Anthony Balme, the Executive Chairman, is a beneficiary, yesterday purchased 300,000 ordinary shares at a price of 3.75p per share.

Following this transaction, Nick von Schirnding will have a beneficial interest in 260,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.32 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Anthony Balme will have an interest in 8,588,902 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.46 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of Ortac.
