Following the disposal of 529,671 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, BlackRock Inc. is now the holder of 4,814,555 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 3.83% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
