Manjushree Technopack Limited agreed to acquire Business of manufacturing, trading and sale of plastic closures and preforms of Oricon from Oricon Enterprises Limited (BSE:513121) for an enterprise value of INR 5.2 billion on April 9, 2024. Manjushree Technopack Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Business of manufacturing, trading and sale of plastic closures and preforms of Oricon from Oricon Enterprises Limited (BSE:513121) for an enterprise value of 5.2 billion on April 10, 2024. The deal was approved by the board of Oricon on April 9, 2024.

The transaction is expected to complete on August 9, 2024.
