An undisclosed buyer entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Organto Europe BV and Fresh Organic Choice B.V. and BeeOrganic BV from Organto Foods Inc. (TSXV:OGO) for ?1 on June 5, 2024.

Completion of the transaction is subject to certain customary conditions, including the final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange and received the conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company is engaged in the sourcing, processing, packaging, distribution and marketing of fresh organic and value-added vegetable and fruit products.
