Trial Screen Pty Ltd entered into a non-binding offer to acquire Opin Business of Opyl Limited from Opyl Limited (ASX:OPL) on March 22, 2024. On April 23, 2024 an agreement has been signed. As per the terms, Trial Screen will pay AUD 1 in cash and will issue 20% of the equity in Trial Screen.
The transaction is subject to shareholder approval. The transaction is expected to be completed by April 30, 2024. As on April 29, 2024, transaction is now expected to be completed on May 28, 2024.
