number: 01-10-042533; hereinafter referred to as: Company) - fulfilling its obligation to provide extraordinary information - hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that the KALL Ingredients Kereskedelmi Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 5211 Tiszapüspöki, Fehértó part 1., company registration number: 16-09-016853) - as a company included in the consolidation of the Company, not obliged to publish ordinary and extraordinary announcement - decided on the termination of KALL Ingredients Trading Kereskedelmi Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 5211 Tiszapüspöki, Fehértó part 1., company registration number: 16-09- 016987) and TTKP Energiaszolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 5211 Tiszapüspöki, Fehértó part 1., company registration number: 16-09-016991) without legal successor and at the same time ordered its liquidation.

The designated as the starting date of the settlement of companies is 30th April 2024.
