with a net bid of HUF 943,879,169 "Vasúti Hálózatfejl. Projekt kieg terv és kivit" issued by a MÁV Magyar Államvasutak Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (seat of business: 1087 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán Krt. 54-60) as the institution requesting the offer.
