RESIGNATION OF DR. AVEL LENTTAN FROM BOARD MEMEBER

It should be noted that on February 23, 2021, Mrs. Avel Lenttan resigned, with effect from February 22, 2021, from the office of Director of the Board of Directors of Olidata S.p.A. (the "Company"): "due to professional reasons she can no longer perform this task with the required due diligence and independence".

The Company thanks Dr. Avel Lenttan for her efforts in carrying out the activities relevant to the position held and expresses its gratitude for the contribution made to the shareholder structure.

The Company informs that the next assembly will replace the member of the Board of Directors in compliance with the gender quotas.
