Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window - Annual Plan for FY 2022-23

Madam/ Sir,

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("Regulations'') and the ONGC Policies under the said Regulations, the Trading Window for the Insiders is required to be closed from the end of each quarter till the declaration of financial results for the relevant quarter.

Accordingly, Trading Window for dealing in securities of ONGC shall remain closed during the Financial Year 2022-23 as follows:-

Audited Financial Results FY 2021-22 and Q-4/ 2021-22	01.04.2022	Till 48 hours after the date of the respective Board meetings for consideration and approval of Financial Results, which will be intimated from time to time.

Un-Audited Financial Results Q-2/2022-23	01.10.2022
Un-Audited Financial Results Q-3/2022-23	01.01.2023
Audited Financial Results FY 2022-23 and Q-4/ 2022-23	01.04.2023

In addition, the Company may also declare any other schedule for the closure of trading window based on requirements and the same shall be notified accordingly.
