ODK Solutions Company, Ltd. (TSE:3839) agreed to acquire E-learning and LMS services business from Kushim, Inc. (TSE:2345) for ¥180 million on May 25, 2022. As on October 31, 2021, E-learning and LMS services business generated total assets of 87 million and operating income of 58 million. The transaction is expected to complete on July 1, 2022.
