Nakabayashi Co., Ltd. (TSE:7987) agreed to acquire 5.49% stake in ODK Solutions Company, Ltd. (JASDAQ:3839) from Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. (TSE:4307) for approximately ¥150 million on November 21, 2014. Nakabayashi Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.45 million shares for ¥329 per share. Transaction is expected to be completed by November 25, 2014.
