OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN, S.A. announced that the Board of Directors, based on a favorable report from the appointments and remuneration committee, has agreed: accept the resignation of Mrs. Macarena Sainz de Vicuña Primo de Rivera as Director. In accordance with the proposal made by the appointments and remuneration committee in order to fill the vacancy caused by the above mentioned resignation, appoint Mr. Juan Jose Nieto Bueso as independent director of the board. He is currently a Director in Diario de Navarra, COEMAC Ibérica and Member of the Advisory Board of Havas Media and Banco Sabadell Este.
