INFOX GmbH & Co Informationslogistik KG acquired Omnidata GmbH & Co.KG Omnidata GmbH & Co.KG and business division tourism from Obrascon Huarte Lain SA (CATS:OHL) on January 18, 2016. As a result of transaction, all tourism services of the Obrascon Huarte Lain are transferred to INFOX, including Teamtrans, an indirect unit of Obrascon Huarte Lain.
INFOX GmbH & Co Informationslogistik KG completed the acquisition of Omnidata GmbH & Co.KG Omnidata GmbH & Co.KG and business division tourism from Obrascon Huarte Lain SA (CATS:OHL) on January 18, 2016.
Obrascon Huarte Lain SA (OHL) is a Spain-based company engaged in the construction and engineering sectors.
