O-Well Corporation (TSE:7670) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company repurchase will repurchase up to 200,000 shares, representing 1.93% for ¥111.4 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥557 per share.
The repurchased shares will be used as part of shareholder returns and as a flexible capital policy. As of January 31, 2022, the company had 10,369,761 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 130,239 shares in treasury.
