Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

On June 18, 2021, D. Matthew Dorny notified Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. that he will retire from his position as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, effective August 1, 2021. Mr. Dorny has agreed to remain with the company as a legal advisor through early 2022 to support a smooth transition following the conclusion of his service as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. The company’s Board of Directors has appointed Chayce D. Clark as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the company, effective upon Mr. Dorny’s retirement. Mr. Clark is currently a Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for the company. In this position, he has led several key legal initiatives for the company and has taken on increasing responsibilities in recent years. Previously, he was a litigation attorney in private practice in Salt Lake City, Utah.
