NTT DATA Corporation is pleased to announce the following changes in its executive positions.

Changes in Directors

The Board Meeting held today has determined candidates to be appointed as directors and executive officers, which will be proposed at the 25th Regular General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 19, 2013.
