Nova Royalty Corp. is a royalty and streaming company. The Company is focused on acquiring copper and nickel Net Smelter Return Royalties (NSRs), Gross Value Return Royalties, Net Proceeds Royalties (NPRs), Net Profit Interests, Gross Proceeds Royalties, Gross Overriding Return Royalties, and non-operating interests in mining projects that provide the right to the holder of a percentage of the gross revenue from metals produced from the project or a percentage of the gross revenue from metals produced from the project after deducting specified costs. Its principal royalty assets acquired consist of Taca Taca, NuevaUnion, Copper World Complex, Josemaria, West Wall, Dumont, Vizcachitas, Dumont, Twin Metals and others. Taca Taca is a porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum project located in northwestern Argentina in the Puna (Altiplano) region of Salta Province. Aranzazu is a copper-gold-silver deposit located within the Municipality of Concepcion del Oro in the State of Zacatecas, Mexico.
