Det vises til børsmelding fra Norsk Hydro ASA («Hydro») den 7. mai 2024 angående
blant annet den ordinære generalforsamlingens vedtak om nedsettelse av
aksjekapitalen i Hydro med NOK 35 347 500,054 ved sletting av 21 163 019 egne
aksjer og innløsning og sletting av 11 029 604 aksjer eid av staten.
Kapitalnedsettelsen er nå registrert i Foretaksregisteret. Etter dette er Hydros
nye registrerte aksjekapital NOK 2 205 899 565,804 fordelt på totalt
2 009 015 998 aksjer, hver pålydende NOK 1,098.
Denne informasjonen er underlagt kravene om offentliggjøring i henhold til
