Keio Corporation (TSE:9008) agreed to acquire Nihombashi Playa Building from NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation (TSE:3296) for ¥3.4 billion on June 25, 2024. A cash consideration of ¥3.4 billion will be paid by Keio Corporation. The transaction will be completed in two phase the first phase will be completed on June 28, 2024 and second phase will be completed on October 31, 2024.
