A.D.Works corporation signed a letter of intent to acquire Zeku Benten, B-41 from NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation for approximately ¥490 million.

A.D.Works corporation signed a letter of intent to acquire Zeku Benten, B-41 from NIPPON REIT Investment Corporation (TSE:3296) for approximately ¥490 million on June 25, 2024. A cash consideration of ¥485 million will be paid by A.D.Works corporation. As part of consideration, ¥485 million is paid towards assets of Zeku Benten, B-41.

The expected completion of the transaction is June 28, 2024.
