Company Nikotiana BT Holding AD

Nicotiana BT Holding AD, formerly Privatization Fund Nikotiana-BT AD (PF Nicotiana-BT PLC), is a Bulgaria-based company, which is principally involved in the investments in tobacco industry. It is engaged among others in acquisition, management, assessments and sale of interests in Bulgarian and foreign companies; acquisition, management and sale of bonds and patents, funding its subsidiaries; engineering, research, development activity, as well as assessment and sale of other intellectual property rights. Nicotiana BT Holding AD has two main subsidiaries: Mehanika AD in which it holds 99.3%, a wholly owned Nikotiana Liyf EAD and one affiliated company, Nikotiana-Haskovo OOD with 50%. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Ledra Holding with a stake of 65.98%.
