Nicolás Correa S A : Appointment of President and Vice-President

Nicolás Correa S.A. appoints Bibiana Nicolás Correa Vilches and Jaime Nicolás Correa Vilches as President and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Burgos, 30 May 2024.- The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 30 May 2024, has approved the appointment, by co-optation, and until the first General Meeting immediately following, of Mr. Jaime Nicolás-Correa as a new member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Subsequently, at the same meeting, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Ms. Bibiana Nicolas-Correa Vilches as President of the Board of Directors of the Company and Mr. Jaime Nicolás-Correa as Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Company.

With these appointments, the continuity, commitment and involvement of the Nicolás-Correa family with the Industrial Group is strengthened.

About Bibiana Nicolás-Correa

Born in Madrid, she holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Cunef, Madrid.

During the last 20 years she has managed several companies in different sectors of activity; she has also been a member of different boards of directors. Board member of Nicolás Correa S.A. since 2012.

About Jaime Nicolás-Correa

Born in Madrid, Degree in Business Administration and Management, specialising in financial management, from Cunef, Madrid and MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Commercial Director and Board Member of Hiperbaric S.A. during the years 2003-2018. Since 2018, he has held the position of General Manager of several companies in different sectors of activity, as well as being a member of various boards of directors.
