Edgefront Real Estate Investment Trust announced that it will make a cash distribution in the amount of $0.01333 per unit, representing $0.16 per unit on an annualized basis, payable February 16, 2015 to unit holders of record as of January 30, 2015.
The REIT will also make a cash distribution in the amount of $0.01333 per unit, representing $0.16 per unit on an annualized basis, payable March 16, 2015 to unit holders of record as of February 27, 2015.
Nexus Industrial REIT is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust. The Company and its subsidiaries own and operate commercial real estate properties across Canada. It has a portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties in Canada, with a focus on acquiring and owning industrial properties.
