NEXTURNBIOSCIENCE Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A089140) agreed to acquire a 78.9% stake in Roll Korea Co., Ltd. from Ma Su Ran and Kim Jong Kyu for KRW 13.4 billion on May 13, 2022. As part of the transaction, NEXTURNBIOSCIENCE will acquire 47,520 shares in Roll Korea. As of the date, Masuraan holds 33.5% and Jongkyu Kim holds 23.25% stake in Roll Korea. For the year ended December 31, 2021, Roll Korea reported Total assets of KRW 22.214 billion, revenue of KRW 26.201 billion, total equity of KRW 15.144 billion, Total Debt of KRW 7.07 billion and Net Income of KRW 936 million. The transaction is resolved by the board of NEXTURNBIOSCIENCE and expected to complete on July 1, 2022.
