NextGen Healthcare, Inc. announced three additions to its executive leadership team. Diane Kaye has been selected as chief product officer (CPO), Jacob ?Jake? Sims has been named chief technology officer (CTO), and Garo Doudian has been appointed chief information and security officer (CIO/CISO).

Kaye joins NextGen Healthcare with an extensive background in product development and operations. Most recently, she served as senior vice president and chief product officer for Omnicell, a leader in transforming the pharmacy care delivery model. In her new role, Kaye will focus on driving innovation and transformation of NextGen Healthcare's solutions portfolio.

Sims joins NextGen Healthcare from Gainwell Technologies, where he served as executive vice president and CTO. There, he focused on driving accelerated growth and margin expansion through a transformation of the technology operating model to a customer, product, and platform-centric delivery model. In his new position, Sims will drive growth, development and value for NextGen Healthcare?s technology solutions?ensuring clients are equipped with the latest advancements in technology.

Doudian brings more than 20 years of experience in information security. He most recently served as chief information security officer for Risk Management Solutions, part of Moody?s Analytics, where he was directly responsible for all aspects of the global information security program, including development security and operations, product security, cloud engineering, compliance, and business continuity. At NextGen Healthcare, Doudian will lead the development, implementation and enforcement of information systems and security policies.
