Nexans S.A. (ENXTPA:NEX) acquired controlling stake in BE-CableCon A/S on January 11, 2018. Klaus Moller, chief operating officer of BE CableCon, will head the new Nexans subsidiary company. Nexans S.A. (ENXTPA:NEX) completed the acquisition of controlling stake in BE-CableCon A/S on January 11, 2018.
