Newterra Resources Inc. is a mineral resource exploration and exploitation company with a concentration in precious metals. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The Company's material property is the Iron Horse Project, comprised of nine mineral title cell claims covering approximately 2439.5 hectares on the border of the Osoyoos and Similkameen Mining Divisions. The Iron Horse Property is located in south central British Columbia west of Okanagan Lake near Kelowna and Penticton on the flanks of the Thompson Plateau and the Okanagan Valley.
