COMPANY UPDATE- REINSTATEMENT TO TSX-V

November 10, 2013, Vancouver, B.C., New Guinea Gold Corporation ("New Guinea Gold" or the "Company") (TSXV: NGG) is pleased to confirm that a reinstatement bulletin was issued on November 8, 2013 and that trading of the companies securities will resume on the TSX-V on Monday, November 11, 2013.
