Advanced Sound Technologes, Inc announced that it will issue 8,800,000 shares at a price of $1 per share for gross proceeds of $8,000,000 on November 4, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor, New Advanced Electronics Technologies Co., Ltd. for 80% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the investor.
NEW ADVANCED ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGIES CO.,LTD, formerly SAMYA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and distribution of mobile power supply and chargers. The Companyâs main products include smart chargers, mobile phone chargers, wireless charging power supply, nickel-hydrogen battery chargers and portable power supply groups. The smart chargers are applied in portable China Compulsory Certification (3C) electronic products. The mobile phone chargers are applied in mobile telephone sets and chargers for lithium battery. The wireless charging power supply is applied in mobile telephone sets. The nickel-hydrogen battery chargers are applied in game machines, translation machines and remote controllers. The portable power supply groups are applied in smart phones and laptops.
