NETSOL Technologies, Inc. appointed Hui Liang as President of NETSOL China. Liang succeeds and will report directly to Umar Qadri, who has assumed the role of Regional COO of APAC. Prior to joining the company, Liang was a principal at ABeam Consulting, a Japanese global consulting firm that specializes in enterprise solutions in a wide variety of industries, where he was instrumental in establishing new technology-oriented service lines to broaden the firm reach within the Chinese market.
