NanJing AoLian AE&EA Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300585) signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire 20% stake of Guangxi Yiyao Biological Technology Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Brightstar Biotech Enterprise Co., Ltd. for CNY 56 million on September 3, 2020. As a result of the transaction, Shanghai Brightstar will hold 27.33% stake in Guangxi Yiyao. For the year ended, December 31, 2019, Guangxi Yiyao reported total assets of CNY 67.65 million, revenue of CNY 0.33 million, net loss of CNY 2.63 million and net assets of 67.44 million. The transaction is approved by board of directors of NanJing AoLian.
NanJing AoLian AE&EA Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300585) completed the acquisition of 20% stake of Guangxi Yiyao Biological Technology Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Brightstar Biotech Enterprise Co., Ltd. on October 19, 2020. NanJing AoLian AE&EA Co., Ltd. will use its own funds of CNY 56 million to fund the acquisition.
NanJing AoLian AE&EA Co Ltd is a company engaged in research, development, production and sales of automotive electronics and electrical components. The Company's main products include electronic accelerator pedal assemblies, gear shift controllers, vehicle air-conditioning controllers, low-temperature starting devices and electronic throttles. The Company also provides in-vehicle electronic appliances, including vehicle information systems, navigation systems and car stereos, such as car audio.
