Namuga (Suzhou) Technologies Co.,Ltd. announced that it will receive KRW 11,418,000,000 in an equity round of funding on July 15, 2016. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Namuga Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A190510) to acquire additional 35.734659% stake in the company to retain 100% stake in the company. The registered capital of the company will increase from KRW 20,534,172,649 to KRW 31,952,172,649. The company expects to close the transaction on July 25, 2016. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor. The company has reported total assets of KRW 63,624,802,245, total liabilities of KRW 56,870,000,000, total capital of KRW 20,534,172,649, sales amount of KRW 239,475,000,000, and net profit of current period of KRW 140,000,000 for the year ending December 31, 2015.
