Nampak Limited Announces Appointment of Clifford Raphiri as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee

Nampak Limited announced that with effect from 1 October 2020, the Board of Nampak Limited appointed Mr. Clifford Raphiri, an independent non-executive director and member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, as chairman of this Committee. Mr. Simon Ridley will step down as chairman of the Committee but remains a member.
