Korea Vehicle & Ind. Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an additional 24.16% stake in Nable Communications, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A153460) from nTels Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A069410) for KRW 11.9 billion on April 8, 2020. As per the terms of the transaction, Kobico Corporation will acquire 1.58 million shares. Kobico Corporation has paid KRW 6 billion and the remaining KRW 5.85 billion payable on completion. The Board of Directors has passed the resolution for the transaction. Completion is scheduled to take place on May 22, 2020. As on April 13, 2020, the completion date was changed from May 22, 2020 to May 26, 2020.
