Microtech Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A227950) agreed to acquire Ace Factory from Min Hyun Il, Lee Marum, S & Q Foods, So Yong Lee, Eun Soon Kim and Ik Hyun Kim for KRW 25 billion on October 17, 2019. Microtech will acquire 0.2 million shares. Consideration of KRW 12.5 billion is paid on October 17, 2019 and KRW 12.5 billion will be paid on November 22, 2019. Date of Board Resolution of Microtech is October 17, 2019.
