Microtech Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A227950) acquired 6% stake in N2CELL Co., Ltd. from Wonchul Jung for KRW 6 billion on April 28, 2020. The deal value is payable in cash and the payment date is April 28, 2020. In a related deal, Microtech also participated in paid-in capital increase of N2CELL. For the year 2019, N2CELL reported total assets of KRW 1.3 billion, net liabilities of KRW 1.4 billion, sales of KRW 1 billion and net loss of KRW 1.5 billion. The Board of Microtech passed a resolution for the deal on April 28, 2020.
