Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On January 13, 2021, Myomo Inc.'s (the "Company") sublease with Upstatement,
LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (the "Sublessor"), became
effective upon receipt of a third-party consent from Portland North LLC, a
Massachusetts limited liability company (the "Landlord"), for approximately
9,094 rentable square feet located on the fourth (4th) and fifth (5th) floors of
the building located at 137 Portland Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The term of
the Sublease will expire on August 30, 2023, unless earlier terminated in
accordance therewith, and the rent under the Sublease shall range from
approximately $33,000 per month to $34,000 per month. Rent payments under the
Sublease begin June 1, 2021.
The foregoing summary of the terms of the Sublease does not purport to be
complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Sublease, a copy
of which will be filed as an exhibit to the Company's Annual Report on Form
10-Kfor the fiscal period ending December 31, 2020.
