CSS-consulting Co., Ltd. announced that it has received a round of funding on October 11, 2023. The transaction included participation from new investor, MS&Consulting Co., Ltd.
MS&Consulting Co.,Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the mystery shopping research business on customer satisfaction (CS) and employee satisfaction (ES), as well as the related consulting business. The Company operates through three services. The mystery shopping research (MSR) service is mainly engaged in the provision of reports based on the comparative analysis and numerical data that comes from each research item according to the situation of each store, as well as the gap analysis and trend analysis for all stores. The service team diagnosis service is mainly engaged in the provision of employee satisfaction survey services based on leadership, team performance, team culture, staff independence and staff satisfaction. The consulting and training service is mainly engaged in the provision of know-how HERB program to improve services from bottom to up based on MSR results and service team diagnosis results.
