Departure of Director

On January 5, 2020, Gary Jacobs submitted his resignation from the Motus GI Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective as of January 6, 2020. In so doing, Mr. Jacobs also relinquished his positions on the Board's Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.

Mr. Jacobs indicated that his resignation is due to personal reasons, and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
