Mostostal Warszawa S.A. completed the acquisition of remaining 40% stake in Amk Krakow S A from two existing shareholders of Amk Krakow S A for PLN 1.3 million.

Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (WSE:MSW) signed the contract to acquire remaining 40% stake in Amk Krakow S A from two existing shareholders of Amk Krakow S A for PLN 1.3 million on February 19, 2020. Mostostal Warszawa acquired 0.2 million shares of Amk Krakow S A. Post completion, Mostostal Warszawa S.A. will be sole owner of Amk Krakow S A. The transaction was financed by currents funds of Mostostal Warszawa.
