Siwaporn Tangchittiporn agreed to acquire More property Development Company Limited from More Return Public Company Limited for THB 250 million.

Siwaporn Tangchittiporn agreed to acquire More property Development Company Limited from More Return Public Company Limited (SET:MORE) for THB 250 million on November 26, 2021. The Buyer agrees to make a deposit for the Traded Shares. in the amount of THB 50,000,000 on the contract date and shall be considered as part of the purchase price and the buyer agrees to pay the remaining amount of THB 200,000,000 within 1 year from the date of this contract.

As on November 26, 2021, Shareholders approved the disposal of investment.
