Modiv Inc. reported earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2022. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was USD 14.37 million compared to USD 8.83 million a year ago. Net income was USD 0.763243 million compared to net loss of USD 2.18 million a year ago.
Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.02 compared to USD 0.41 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.02 compared to USD 0.41 a year ago.
Modiv Industrial, Inc. is an internally managed real estate investment trust (REIT), which is focused on single-tenant net-lease industrial manufacturing real estate. Its portfolio is distributed across 16 states and consists of 39 industrial properties, one retail property and four office properties.
