On October 7, 2020, SImount Inc. closed the transaction. The company has received funding in its second tranche bringing the total funds raised in the transaction to ¥110,000,000. The transaction also included participation from Mitsubishi UFJ Capital VII, Limited Partnership, a fund managed by Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Co., Ltd., Nanto CVC No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed by Venture Labo Investment, Mizuho Seicho Shien Fund 3, a fund managed by Mizuho Capital Co., Ltd., Beyond Standard Co., Ltd. and other individual shareholders. The company has raised capital through a third-party allotment. At present, the capital stock of the company is ¥173,912,500 including capital reserve of ¥86,756,250.
Mitsubishi Research Institute Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of think tank consulting service and information technology (IT) service. The Company operates through two segments.
