Mitek Systems, Inc. announced resignation of Kenneth D. Denman. On December 31, 2019, Kenneth D. Denman notified the Board of Directors of Mitek Systems, Inc., of his decision to resign from the Board effective immediately. Mr. Denman has served as a director of the Company since 2016.
