Listing of shares of Minerva Insurance Company Public Ltd

(Regulated Market)

The Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that pursuant to Article 58(1) of the CSE Law, it has admitted for listing and simultaneous entry in the Central Securities Depository / Central Registry, under the provisions of clauses (1) and (3) of Article 10 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange (Central Securities Depository and Central Registry) Law, 228,123,829 new ordinary shares of Minerva Insurance Company Public Ltd, of a nominal value of 0.01, as follows:

-61,457,163 new ordinary shares which have resulted from the exercise of the Company's rights and the allotment of shares corresponding to non-exercised Rights and

-166,666,666 new ordinary shares allotted by means of private placement to Mr. Marios Koutsokoumnis, at the price of €0.015 per ne w shares, in accordance with the provisions of the Prospectus dated 29 October 2021.

The above shares will be incorporated into the company's already listed share capital, which will increase to 328,123,035 shares.

The trading of the shares will commence on Monday, 10 January 2022.
