RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Minbos Resources Limited (ASX:MNB) ("Minbos" or "the Company") held its General Meeting today provided in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act.

Proxy results for the General Meeting are as set out on the next page.

All Resolutions were passed on a poll in accordance with recommendation 6.4 of the 4th edition of the ASX Corporate Governance Council Principles and Recommendations.
